Bimbo

Although looking like a dog, Bimbo was actually a cat.  In Betty's first movie she was actually the supporting role for Bimbo, but not unlike the Fonz, she ended up stealing the franchise.  The Moral’s Code folks made Betty dump poor Bimbo.  They could not have the appearance of bestiality.
