Eddie Riggs is, of course, the main character of this game. Starting out as a roadie for an admitedly sucky band. He is soon transported to another, more awesome, world. This is where he finds his true destiny.
There he leads the army Ironheade against all who dare go against him. Along with Lita and Lars Halford, Ophelia and Magnus, as well as all of the other people he gets to join him for the cause they stop the demon overlord Doviculous.
In the world he came from Eddie was known as the best roadie ever to exist ever. Period. He could fix anything or build anything but thought that the band he worked for sucked.
Oh yeah and one more thing (SPOILER) he is a half demon. His mother was the past Empress of the demons Succoria.
